Choosing the right van
Our cargo vans come in four Renault Master categories: L2H2, L3H2, L3H3 and L4H3. For passengers we offer a Mercedes V 200 Avantgarde Long.
It depends on the volume and size of your load. The L2H2 often suits smaller moves, the L3H2 longer items, the L3H3 tall items and the L4H3 high-volume loads up to 4.2 m long.
The L2H2 is compact (approx. 3.08 m cargo length, approx. 10.8–11 m³). The L3H2 is longer (approx. 3.73 m, approx. 13 m³). The L3H3 has the same length with a high roof (approx. 2.14 m, approx. 14–14.8 m³). The L4H3 is the largest, for loads up to 4.2 m (approx. 17 m³).
Rental prices and mileage
Every Renault Master (L2H2, L3H2, L3H3, L4H3) costs €70 incl. VAT for up to 24 hours, with 300 km included.
€50 incl. VAT for 5 hours, with 150 km included.
For cargo vans, €0.20/km in Croatia and €0.30/km abroad. For the Mercedes V-Class, €0.30/km.
Yes. For longer rentals, an individual price can be agreed.
Booking and availability

Yes. All bookings and enquiries go through WhatsApp at 095 341 6429. Your request is sent only when you press send in WhatsApp, and the booking is valid once we confirm availability.
Vehicle pickup and return
At Radnička cesta 184, 10000 Zagreb.
Pick-up and return take place by prior arrangement at Radnička cesta 184, 10000 Zagreb. We agree the time when confirming your booking.
Yes. You can leave your car for free in our guarded car park with video surveillance during the rental.
Driving licences and rental requirements
Yes, a category B licence is sufficient for our cargo vans.
No. No deposit is required for our Renault Master cargo vans.
Travelling outside Croatia
Yes, with prior notice. The confirmed cargo van tariff abroad is €100 for 24 hours with 300 km included, then €0.30/km. Other durations abroad are quoted individually.
Customer support
Yes. Customer support is available 24/7, every day, including Sundays and public holidays. Call or WhatsApp 095 341 6429. This is not the pick-up schedule – pick-up and return are arranged in advance.
Payment and rental conditions
Yes, we issue R1 invoices. The company is registered for VAT.
