List what you are moving, measure the largest furniture and arrange access for loading. Choose a Renault Master by your load dimensions, not just the number of boxes. Dates and availability are confirmed in advance via WhatsApp.

Check the forecast shortly before moving and allow extra time for rain, traffic and stairs. Where possible, load and unload in daylight.

How do you protect boxes and furniture from rain?

Keep boxes indoors until loading and off wet pavement. Protect furniture with blankets and use a waterproof outer cover when carrying it outside. Remove wet outer covers before taking items into your home.

Keep the path between the building and van clear and dry where possible. Wet leaves and stairs may be slippery: wear shoes with good grip, keep your view clear and get help with heavy items. Secure the load with suitable straps and confirm equipment availability before pick-up.

Which Renault Master suits your move?

The Renault Master L2H2 suits smaller moves and individual furniture items. The L3H2 provides a longer cargo area; the L3H3 has a higher roof for tall and bulky items. The L4H3 is intended for high-volume loads up to 4.2 m long.

Measure entrances, stairs and your largest items before booking. Confirm exact dimensions, interior width and payload of the specific van with us; do not assume a whole flat will fit in one trip.

What does a moving van rental in Zagreb cost?

A standard 5-hour Renault Master cargo rental costs €50 with 150 km included. A 24-hour rental costs €70 with 300 km. Each extra kilometre in Croatia costs €0.20. Prices include VAT and are the same for the L2H2, L3H2, L3H3 and L4H3. No deposit is required for cargo vans.

Where do you pick up the van and park your car?

SK Norma usluge is at Radnička cesta 184 in eastern Zagreb, near Žitnjak with convenient access to Slavonska avenija. Pick-up and return are arranged in advance.

You can leave your own car in our free car park with video surveillance during the rental. Businesses can request an R1 invoice.

Can you arrange a driver and carrying help?

A driver and a moving helper can be organised by prior agreement. In your WhatsApp enquiry, describe the load, floor, lift availability and loading access. Availability, scope and price of assistance are agreed individually; help is not automatically included in the standard vehicle rental price.

How do you book?

Use the existing form on the homepage or Contact page with your vehicle, dates and contact details. It prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send to SK Norma. The booking is valid only after we confirm availability.

If you also need an IKEA trip or old furniture removal, include those journeys in your mileage and rental time plan.
